Other directorships: Vincent holds directorships in various companies within the MTN Group. He is a member of the Global Advisory Council at the Darden Business School, University of Virginia, USA, and serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Harith Group and a Trustee of the Pan African Infrastructure Fund. Additionally, he is the Non-Executive Chairman of Jambojet Limited (a Nairobi based Low-Cost Airline).

International investment and corporate finance experience in banking, insurance and infrastructure. Co-Founder and non-executive partner at Catalyst Principal Partners, a private equity fund manager based in Nairobi, Kenya where he sits on the Investment Committee and as a director on the Board.
