Other Directorships: Stan currently serves on the board of MTN Group, the largest telecommunication company in Africa, listed on the JSE with 280 million subscribers. He is a member of the strategy, risk, ESG, and corporate governance committees. Since June 2022, he has been a board member of VEON Ltd, a telecom operator with 220 million subscribers (NASDAQ – AEX), and serves on the Strategy, Nomco and Remco committees.

Additionally, he is the CEO and owner of Athena Investment Holdings SPF SA in Luxembourg, Leaderman NV in Belgium, and Leaderman SARL in Luxembourg. Stan is also an investor, shareholder, and director of other private companies he owns. Furthermore, he acts as a senior advisor to private equity and hedge funds in the TMT sector.

Skills, expertise and experience: Stan Miller has over 30 years of experience in the successful start-up, turnaround, significant value creation and management of companies in the telecommunication, media and tech industries (TMT). He has held positions such as CEO, NED, and INED of listed companies on JSE, NYSE, MOEX, AEX, and NASDAQ exchanges. He further has extensive experience serving on committees of listed companies, including audit, risk, compliance, strategy, remuneration, nomination, and ESG committees.
