Other directorships: Director of various companies in MTN Group. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Akhona Group. She also serves as a non-executive director on various companies where she is a shareholder, including Bidvest International Logistics (Safcor Freight) Pty Ltd and APEX Financial Services Group. Noluthando is an Independent Non-Executive Director at Sasfin Wealth and Asset Management. She has previously served on multiple JSE listed boards including ArcelorMittal SA; Investec Asset Management (now NinetyOne); AON SA; Broll Property Group; Chairman of Verimark Holding and Hulisani Pty Ltd.

Skills, expertise and experience:  Noluthando’s skills and expertise lie in the areas of telecommunications (operations and regulatory), business strategy, investment banking as well corporate governance.

From being a founding member of ICASA (the telecommunications Regulator) to having worked at Telkom SA, she has solid experience in telecommunications. Noluthando later joined Investec Bank as a top-rated sell-side telecommunications analyst. Noluthando’s now more than twenty years as an entrepreneur, spearheading numerous joint ventures and acquisitions in multiple sectors, has given her depth in investment analysis as well as asset management, all to enhance shareholder value.
